About the event
This event is culmination of a 5-month long mentorship program by the Ottawa Storytellers.
The first part of our journey is lead by Mentor Jacqui Du Toit to The Southern regions of Africa. There, we meet a young girl named Amakwe who is on a quest to find the missing piece of her soul, that which will help her save her village from the evil Umuja.
The second part is performed by our mentee Erica. She will guide you to the deep world of the lost and forgotten, to conquer that which we are afraid of in order to find the treasure we seek.
